Production Manager

Starts January 5th. REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must have at least 8 years of supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing environment. Excellent leadership skills. Verbal & written communication skills. Must be able to prioritize. Self-directed. Certificate in Production & Inventory Management or equivalent experience. Background in fiberglass manufacturing, lean manufacturing & continuous improvement. Familiar with ISO 9000 systems. Strong computer, MS Office. MUST HAVE a 'heart for production floor' - this is a hands-on position where you will spend majority of time on floor vs. in office. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Help launch & grow a new fiberglass manufacturing plant in Anniston. Will report to Director of Operations, and will plan, organize and direct staff to set and meet production schedules and manufacturing/production activities in pursuance of set business goals.
