Key responsibilities include:


* Overseeing the operations and directing the day-to-day functions of the Assisted Living Program within a community
* Directing, managing and coordinating the education for all staff, including licensed staff
* Ensuring that emotional, physical, psychological, and safety needs are met through all program services and activities
* Ensuring that staff complies with the written policies and procedures established by Brookdale and the community
* Managing labor costs, supplies, and other line items in department budget
* Meeting with staff and support personnel to plan and schedule shifts, services, programs, and activities
* Writing and reviewing resident assessments and care plans

We seek the following qualifications:

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
* Current RN in the state of FL
* Two (2) years of experience in a senior living or healthcare setting
* One year of supervisory experience, including hirin, coaching performance management etc.
* Excellent customer service and marketing skills
* Flexibility with schedule
* Must have a passion for working with seniors
