Key responsibilities include:
* Providing direct care to residents, while promoting their highest levels of functioning, as directed by management
* Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
* Transferring and getting residents to and from activities and meals according to their individual service plans
* Serving meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments
* Assisting in maintaining a home-life environment by providing emotional and social support, and encouraging independence

We seek the following qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED
* Current State Registered Nursing Aide Certification in the state of Kentucky
* Six months to one year of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care setting
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
