This position's territory will cover the Houston metro area.

Networkfleet is a leading provider of wireless fleet management services that improve fleet operating efficiency by reducing fuel consumption, maintenance expenses and vehicle emissions. The company’s technology combines patented remote diagnostic monitoring with GPS-based Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) systems.

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for Small Medium Size Business within a defined region.  Required to drive and achieve sales goals through the creation and execution of a strategic plan for the assigned region in conjunction with the Sales Manager.  This includes prospecting in the specific region via specific vertical associations, trade shows, industry events and affiliates, prospecting and engaging current customers.  A key component of this job is interfacing with Verizon sales offices within the assigned region and driving leads and opportunities via the Verizon sales teams.  Relationship, presentation and account management skills are a must for this position, especially when interfacing with our Verizon counterparts at the front line and executive levels.  Due to the long nature of the sales cycle as well as the product complexity, the position will require a long history of solution/consultative selling in the technology sector..  This position will have a significant budget number assigned that has a meaningful impact on the overall business outcome annually.     

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide input into Networkfleet in regard to strategic direction to meet the needs of assigned companies / customers.
  • Comply with reporting requirements including but not limited to sales reporting, SalesForce opportunity reporting and industry intelligence.
  • Execute and maintain account management planning processes and  business review processes with each assigned account on a consistent basis. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key players within the Verizon Wireless organization in assigned territory. Support and communicate with the VZW team at all levels.  Evangelize Networkfleet culture and value proposition within VZW.  Provide in person and webex trainings when needed.
  • Achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals of Networkfleet supporting Verizon Wireless generated SMB leads (11-199 vehicles) and opportunities in a specified territory. Responsible for self-generating leads and working any Networkfleet generated leads that qualify for SMB channel in designated territory. Responsible for growth and customer retention.

Qualifications

Must have:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a solution/consultative position.
  • Mastery level of sales processes and influence. 
  • Well organized and efficient with handling high volume of emails, tasks, meeting and travel.  Highly motivated and a self-starter.  Technological understanding and ability to see solutions are critical. 
  • Excellent organizational skills.  Outstanding customer relationship and problem-resolution skills.  Financial acumen.

Preferred Qualifications
Software as a Service (SaaS) experience or telecommunications industry experience is strongly preferred and is a plus.

Bi-lingual candidates strongly preferred.
