Set and Services Resources is currently recruiting for Retail Sales Associates. Primary duties are fitting customers to mattresses designed for each specific sleep style. You will be engaging with customers -- this is conversational, not a clerk position where the customer is allowed to roam the showroom alone. If hired, you will receive training on product features and benefits as it relates to customers. Gresham, OR 97080 Shift: Tues-Sat 10AM-6PM Beaverton, OR 97007 Shift: Sun-Thurs 10AM-6PM Shift: Fri-Sun 10AM-6PM Salem, OR 97302 Shift: Sun-Thurs 10AM-6PM Shift: Wed-Sun 10AM-6PM Portland, OR 97209 Shift: Sun-Thurs 10AM-6PM Shift: Friday-Monday 10AM-6PM Associate duties: - Open and close store. - Ring customers through online based POS. - Book customer delivery appointments - Handle cash transactions and balance cash amounts. - Submit daily tracking reports - Order supplies for showroom Pay rate is $14.00 per hour plus incentive/bonus potential and an excellent benefits package including medical/dental, paid holidays/vacation and retirement plan.
Requirements: Requirements: - Five years direct selling experience in retail environment preferred - High energy self-starter, and have great selling intuition and instincts - Must have weekday and weekend availability - Reliable transportation
