Machine Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Manpower in Taylor is currently recruiting for experienced Machine Operators for one of our top clients in Canton, MI. This position is temporary, with a possibility of a permanent opportunity available for the right candidate. Hours: are Monday-Friday with OT and weekends; Must be able to rotate between 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift on a weekly and monthly basis. Pay: $12.00/ Hr. Contract to Hire position; based off attendance and performance upon completion of 90 days. Job Responsibilities: -Machine Operator - Ensure a continuous flow of material to facilitate production - Operates production machines in efficiency, safety and quality oriented manner - Performs General Labor - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of machines and work area - Follow all instructions and quality safety procedures - Personally responsible for knowing and following safety procedures - Perform any documentation requirements - Report any incident to direct supervisor - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: -Previous solid work history within the last 2 years in Manufacturing/Steel environment Reliable transportation to and from Canton, MI -Ability to start work right away!
