CoWorx Staffing is currently recruiting Customer Care Representatives for our corporate office located in Watchung, NJ
Responsibilities include:
Taking inbound calls and assisting our clients and field associates
Answering calls and delivering exceptional customer service to build customer satisfaction
Providing effective and timely resolution for a range of customer inquiries
Utilizing all resources and tools to troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues
Experience required:
Ability to multitask is a must
Maintain professional communication with customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to handle confidential information
Web navigation skills and experience
Previous customer service experience
Positions are full-time Monday - Friday 40 hours per week and part time positions 24 hours Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

As a Customer Service Representative, you must be positive, energetic, and driven to be successful in a challenging and rewarding environment. You must beflexible and able to adjust to the quick and demanding changes of the business. You must be an excellent communicator with great phone etiquette andproblem solving skills. You must be able to work well in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
Other requirements of the CSR role include:
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Previous customer service, sales, retail, or related experience, preferred
- Previous Call Center experience, a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Typing and data entry skills
- Bilingual language skills, a plus
- Must be professional, polite, and friendly
- Flexible availability
- Must pass a Background Check
