Key responsibilities include:
* Cleaning public area floors to include sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, disinfecting, etc.
* Properly setting up appropriate caution and safety signs to ensure safety of residents and visitors
* Removing dirt, dust, grease, film, etc., from surfaces using proper cleaning/disinfecting solutions
* Cleaning public restrooms including washing, sanitizing, and/or polishing bathroom fixtures
We seek the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
* Willing to communicate with residents of various levels of functioning and various types of personalities
* A high degree of service orientation, a positive attitude, and the ability to multi task
* Flexibility with schedule and available to work weekends and evenings
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
