Our client, a Financial Solutions Company, in Carmel, IN has asked us to help them find a fantastic receptionist / secretary for their headquarters. Our associate will be the face and voice of our client. He/she will sit in our client's front area to answer the phone and take messages or transfer callers to appropriate people, greet walk-in visitors, sign for packages and the mail, prepare documents and correspondence and perform other receptionist duties.

This individual will be responsible for maintaining files and records (in a confidential manner), scheduling quarterly review meetings, and distributing mailings on an event basis. Additionally, the candidate will respond to confirm scheduled appointments one day prior, update client information as required, keep client files current and within operating standards, and perform additional tasks as requested.

The ideal candidate will be professional and courteous with 1-3 years of receptionist / secretarial experience. He/she will thrive in an environment with heavy customer interaction in person and over the phone. This candidate must have a pleasant phone voice and be able to work with minimal supervision as he/she will be alone at times. He/she will be flexible and willing to do whatever it takes to complete work in a timely manner since activities are time-sensitive. He/she will be able to multitask as job duties will vary. He/she also will be able to work effectively with a diverse mix of people. He/she will have provided excellent customer service in prior jobs and always focus on meeting and exceeding customer requirements. He/she also will be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite and have great data entry experience.
