JOB DESCRIPTION
We're currently seeking a Design Draftsman for a contract opportunity in Clarksburg, WV with one of the nation's largest producers and transporters of energy. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience with an industry leader currently operating the nation's largest natural gas storage system.
Responsibilities Include:
- Entry level drafting and/or GIS work.
- Conduct records research, incorporate minor project revision to drawings using Autocad and Geographic Information System using Smallworld.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Drafting, GIS, or Design Technology preferred.
- Candidates working toward degree will also be considered.
- Target candidate interested in a true entry level position and willing to learn some skills on the job.
- Candidate should have a drafting background along with basic Excel and Autocad skills.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- This is a 6+ month contract position.
- Daily work schedule is flexible; 30 - 40 hrs a week.
- Starting pay ranges from $12-18/hr, depending on experience and skillset.
