Overnight CAREGivers- Immediate Openings - Part-time

Immediate openings for CAREGivers to work overnight awake shifts!  Home Instead Senior Care of St. Charles County is accepting applications for caring and compassionate CAREGivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families throughout St. Charles County.  Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to stay awake overnight
• Light housekeeping tasks that can be accomplished while the client sleeps
• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
• CNA or PCA skills helpful
• Alzheimer’s Care (training provided by Home Instead)

Requirements to be a CAREGiver:

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Ability to travel anywhere in St. Charles County
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
• Have the heart to build relationships with seniors and their families
• Ability to bring hope to seniors by proactively connecting with them
