Location: Belden Village, Jackston TWP, OH (Healthcare Solutions Division) 4877 Higbee Ave. NW 44718

Essential Job Functions: * Take a high volume of inbound calls from members of healthcare policies treating them with empathy, courtesy and respect * Locate member's policies and gain a basic understanding of them within a supported browser. * Conduct claims research and disputes * Interact with professionals within doctor's offices and/or pharmacies * Correctly document each call * Complete other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: * Must have excellent communication/listening skills and a strong desire to help others. * Basic computer knowledge such as navigation through multiple programs. Must have excellent PC and typing skills. * Understanding of some basic medical terminology  * Must be available to work nights and weekends. * Must have the ability to work with highly confidential/sensitive information * Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check prior to hire * Must have excellent attendance * Prior customer service experience is required. Prior call center experience is a plus. * Must be able to participate in a five-eight week training program without any time off. * Must be at least 18 years of age.
