Warehouse

The preferred candidate will begin working in the warehouse learning what the company specializes in (rubber and hydraulics). You will be responsible for heavy lifting, will train on cherry pickers, pallet jacks, shipping and receiving procedures, order pulling, forklift operation, hose cut saw, and band saw. Candidate must also be willing to learn the product, along with the time frame to make the product, After 6 months, the associate will be moved into sales, so you will be able to set realistic time frames for customers to receive products. Duties include: Being responsible for client relations and learning office processes How to work the office system Learning how to get orders processed After 6 months in inside sales, the associate will be trained in outside sales, being responsible for business to business development. Will start out with a big company w/an already established relationship - will be responsible for growing the business, marketing campaigns outside of the office. Similar to running your own company.
