Crew Member - Full-time

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Provide a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
• Be able to work in fast paced environment, exhibit a sense of urgency and work on your feet
• Provide exceptional customer service and willing to learn the Charley's way
• Be able to lift 50 pounds to waist level and frequent bending, kneeling, lifting (25 - 50 pounds)
• Fluent English-speaking
• Have a neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Be able to learn the menu (proper ingredients, portion size and presentation)
• Work well in a team environment and understand that each position depends the other
• Ability to use general restaurant equipment (e.g. warmer, fryer, slicer, grill, etc.)
