JOB TITLE - Customer Service Coordinator

Seeking a Customer Service Coordinator with EXCEPTIONAL follow up and customer service skills.

Job duties: This will be a dual role of customer service and light accounting. Will be receiving and entering orders utilizing Excel, Sage Peachtree/Quickbooks.

Must have:

EXCEPTIONAL customer service and follow up skills.

Strong alpha/numeric data entry to enter invoices and orders.

Ability to multi-task.

Must possess a clear professional friendly phone voice.

This is a part time position with potential to turn full time. Currently you will be working a 32hr work week.

Must have transportation, company not on the busline.

Prefer background in commercial doors industry.
