Guest Service Representative (Front Desk Agent)

Position Summary

The Crowne Plaza seeks an energetic, customer focused professional to serve the front office in checking guests in/out of the hotel, greeting clients and guests and directing phone calls. Qualified individuals will possess composure under pressure, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Guest Service Representatives are both the first and last impression of our guests...warm, inviting personalities and great smiles are a must in this role!

Qualifications:

• High school graduate
• Ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations
• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests/visitors, management and co-workers to their understanding, both in person and by telephone.
• Ability to provide legible communication and directions
• Some college education
• Training in the hospitality industry
• Previous experience as Front Desk Agent
• Previous cashiering experience
• Knowledge of computers
