Key Responsibilities include:
* Assisting residents with various aspects of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
* Fostering a home-like environment and encouraging independence among residents, as well as providing them with emotional and social support
* Transferring residents to and from activities and meals according to their service plans
* Serving meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments
* Recording and reporting changes in residents' eating habits to supervisor
We seek the following qualification:
* High school diploma or GED
* 3 years of caregiving experience
* Excellent communication skills, as well as a caring and friendly personality
* Flexibility with schedule, including availability to work weekend and holiday rotations
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
