We are looking for a Successful Quality Assurance and Caregiver Trainer in the Rancho Cucamonga Area.
Exciting Opportunity for a Professional looking to make a Difference!
Rapidly changing Healthcare/Senior care industries are creating an urgent need for Quality driven care. We need someone who is experienced in training/educating Caregivers on quality services, and skills required for the job. Someone with an LVN/RN/MA degree, and Human Resource experience would be helpful.
Responsibilities will include: Visiting Client at their homes to introduce, and train CAREgivers on their needs, as well as check for safety hazards. Train CAREgivers in the many aspects of CAREGiving, transfer techniques, personal care, recognizing signs of illnesses. Train and manage a team of 100+ CAREGivers within the standards set by the office and/or licensure requirements.
