Requirements:

  • Smile and maintain a professional appearance that exemplifies excellence
  • Train and develop management team in all areas of cost control
  • Supervise management and staff to deliver outstanding product and services that meet and exceed our guests’ expectations
  • Conduct P&L reviews with management team at the end of each period, and approve individual action plans to adjust any discrepancies
  • Analyze and control expenditures of restaurant to meet budgetary requirements
  • Perform regular dining room checks and kitchen line checks to ensure overall efficiency of restaurant operations
  • Monitor food and labor costs through constant evaluation of training, productivity, and weekly food and labor projections
  • Ensure all financial and administrative reporting is accurate and submitted accordingly
  • Conduct safety inspections and develop action plans with management team relative to safety and sanitation issues
  • Have a desire to learn with a positive outlook
  • Minimum two years as a General Manager or three years as an Assistant General Manager for an upscale-casual or other high-end restaurant concept
