We are searching for a dynamic Manager to implement and oversee operation procedures related to the heart of the house – The Melting Pot kitchen. Requirements:

  • Smile and maintain a professional appearance that exemplifies excellence
  • Train and develop heart of the house team in all areas of cost control
  • Ensure all products are prepared and served according to company standards; utilizing only authorized products and procedures
  • Analyze and control assigned heart of the house expenditures of the restaurant to meet budgetary requirements
  • Maximize food inventory, ordering, receiving cost controls and procedures through training, monitoring, inventory controls and correct POS pricing structures
  • Supervise assigned staff to deliver outstanding products and services that meet and exceed our guests’ expectations
  • Ensure all financial and administrative reporting is accurate and submitted according to scheduled deadlines
  • Follow all state and federal guidelines in regards to food safety, labor regulations, or other mandated statutes required by law; keeps self informed of new procedures and laws
  • Have a desire to learn with a positive outlook
  • Minimum two years as an Assistant Manager or Kitchen Manager in an upscale-casual or other high-end restaurant concept
