Sandwich Maker-Chef - Full-time

• Cover all aspects of daily Sandwich Station operations

• Prepares various food products according to the menu, keeping product eye appeal and quality up to proper standards

• Communicate with customers in proper manner

• Use proper portion specifications Cooks will label and date all food stored & rotate food as needed.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by ensuring that all Food Safety, Food Holding, Temperature, and OSHA standards are met.

• Minimize product waste and ensure that production is followed strictly on a day-to-day basis.

• Monitor adherence to Company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the Company requirements are met.

• Follow strict recipe and merchandising guidelines.

• Responsible for controlling some expense within the sandwich station, assist Manager with weekly inventory.

• General kitchen Clean up
