Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting in the development and implementation of the Resident Programs standards of excellence
* Providing hands-on involvement in programming during the residents' scheduled times * Performing miscellaneous tasks as needed to enhance quality of programs
* Exploring opportunities for resident engagement to ensure that emotional, physical, spiritual, social and intellectual needs are met
* Assists in the coordination, direction and delivery of wellness and recreation programs to meet specific needs of all the residents, provides hands-on involvement in programs for residents, assists in the coordination of calendar events, assists in ensuring specialty programs are scheduled according to the Resident Program Annual Master Calendar and all other related duties as assigned

We seek the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* 1 year of related experience in a senior setting and activities background
* Energetic and enthusiastic to creatively engage resident participation
* Flexibility with schedule and available to work weekends and some holidays
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
