In need of an experienced Receptionist in a very fast paced and high-call intake reception area. Both fulltime and part-time opportunities available. Seeking candidates with exceptional customer service skills, a high level of professionalism and an energetic and outgoing personality. Qualified candidates will be punctual, organized and be a self-starter. Position located in North Portland.

Key Core Competencies:
Manage front desk area, screen calls and manage all office calendars
Able to work on both Mac and PC platforms
Strong understanding of current technology and various social media platforms
Strong typing and data entry skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills, time management and reliability
Extremely dependable, punctual and personally accountable
Ability to build customer confidence and commitment to increasing customer satisfaction both for internal as well as external customers
Friendly personality and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed

Additional Competencies:
1. Bachelors degree preferred, HS Diploma required
2. Must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills including listening, verbal and writing
3. Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
4. Must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
5. Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional and fun environment
6. No travel required and pay depends on experience
