REQUIREMENTS: Must be willing to learn with a great attitude. Have excellent telephone and communication skills. Candidate must be dependable. Previous collection experience is a plus, but really looking for the right person with the right attitude, work ethics, and personality. Candidate must have good Windows-based computer skills & solid typing/data entry skills. Ability to make good business decisions and develop into a good team leader. Financial, lending or banking acumen is a plus. A degree is also a plus. Will accept a new graduate if it is the right fit. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Looking for a shining star to learn the business and move through track with a growing company! Will start doing auto loan collections - learn from the ground up. There is opportunity to manage own operation within 2 - 3 years. This is a direct hire position. First year expected pay is $28 - $30K.
