Optum is currently searching for a
Systems Business Configuration Analyst to support and execute client work
within Optum Market Private Active Exchange. The Senior Business Configuration
Analyst will support short and long term strategic business activities by
defining, developing, implementing, enhancing and maintaining operational
information, models and exchange technologies.

Primary Responsibilities:  




  • Configure Optum Market solution based on client
    requirements.

  • Drive and support testing of client requirements

  • Supports technology requirements gathering (as a SME)
    and UAT and deployment support

  • Supports multiple work streams in development of
    Exchange operations model

  • Develops plans to support client implementations /
    deployments

  • Identifies issues or problems and assesses impact

  • Ability to keep calm and remain flexible in a
    fast-paced, quickly changing environment

  • Task-oriented and meticulous with a strong attention to
    detail

  • Supports operational preparedness planning and go/no go

  • Motivates and involves stakeholders to help implement
    and support change

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of
    applicable healthcare, human resources benefits or benefits administration
    experience
  • 2+ years of Business
    Analyst or Systems Analyst experience
  • High school
    diploma or GED required 


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's
    degree preferred
  • Project
    management experience
