We have an excellent contract opportunity for a Recruiter in Baltimore MD.
The Recruiter will recruit for Driver positions in a high volume environment, previous experience is a must. The Recruiter will be in direct partnership with hiring managers and HR managers, the Recruiter will work to establish recruitment strategies and assess needed talent to ensure alignment with achieving business. Perform recruitment functions related to hiring qualified personnel to staff both non-exempt and exempt positions, and represents the company in a professional and positive manner.

The Recruiter will work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to help determine hiring needs, position requirements and compensation. Ensure that job descriptions are updated, manage job requisition, posting and placements. They will manage all required screenings and testing and schedule/coordinate all hiring manager interviews, including; Complete initial screen and coordinate required subsequent interviews, coordinate all interviews for hiring managers and interview teams; ensure assessment tools are utilized and consistent. The Recruiter will manage the final steps in the hiring process including; coordinate formulation and delivery of salary quote, extend all employment offers including letters; manage communication with selected candidate until date of hire, provide appropriate communication to unselected candidates, provide candidates with information regarding benefits, policies and procedures to ensure the candidates are well informed, and to promote a positive image of the company. They will constantly communicate with internal hiring authorities regarding the status of their respective positions, meet timelines on the process (job placement, customer satisfaction metrics) as per guidelines, maintain records on recruiting activities as required and maintain established OFCCP, Fair Labor Hiring Practices and Compliance, policies procedures, and objectives.
