Revit Job Captain

An Architectural firm in Las Vegas, Nevada is currently seeking a Revit Architectural Job Captain to join their team. Candidates must have Architecture experience, experience in Hospitality, High Rise, Low Rise. A qualified candidate MUST HAVE REVIT EXPERIENCE, 5 years minimum, along with AutoCAD, and photoshop experience. A qualified candidate will have the ability to manage their own projects and manage others as needed, to communicate effectively with client, architects, job captains, designers, and drafter and to deliver drawings and construction related documents on time.

Job Duties:

Preparation of project construction documentation.
Review submittals and recommend approval or changes.
Review Request for Information ( RFI's) and respond.
Perform and document Safety inspections and recommend appropriate actions.
Assist with processing design work orders.
Assist with small project work order processing and implementation
Experience with Microsoft suite is a must.

Qualifications:

Must have 5 years of Revit experience. Must have drafting experience in Architecture. Must be able to work independently and within a team. Must have Hospitality experience. Hiring firm is not looking for candidates with interiors experience.
