Facilities Maintenance Manager

Hiring for an experienced maintenance manager.

Ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of previous industrial/manufacturing FACILITES MAINTENANCE experience.

We can only promise a contract position. This MAY turn into a full time role but they estimate that the contract will last at least 4-6 months.

This will not be a hands on role.

Core hours will be 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM Monday- Friday with some OT (approx 400-45 hours a week) minimal OT is expected.

Candidates should have expereince working with test and lab equipmemnt, boilers and pressure vessles, electrial and plumbing. Should have a strong understanding of code for all systems.

Pay will be based on a salary of 85-110K (ie. $40-$52/hr). This candiate woudl have to be degreed (ideally an engineering or technical degree) and have previous management experience.

Will be managing 2-3 technicians in an research and development/manufacturing enviornment.

MUST have experience in:

• Performed inspections
• Estimates
• Coding
• Plumbing
• Boiler Mechanics
• HVAC
• Permits

-Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
