CoWorx Staffing Services is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for our client in Cumberland, RI
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Excellent phone experience
- Proficient in Excel - MUST have Pivot table experience
- Must be able to navigate Microsoft office Suite
- Must be able to take customer orders over the phone
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multi task while meeting project deadlines
- Must be able to create spreadsheets
Additional Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Customer Service/Administrative experience
- Must be able to navigate a computer with no training
- Must meet deadlines as needed
- Work is in a fast paced office environment
