IT Systems Management Service Coordinator - Multiple Locations

Positions in this function coordinate the processes and activities that focus on restoring service after an incident occurs. Monitors environment health and the facilitation of high severity incidents to improve the state of service availability and continuity. This function also includes those who operate and monitor computer and peripheral equipment. Coordinates the efforts of all functions to complete scheduled jobs in a timely manner. Documents all problems (hardware, application, facility, etc.) and takes corrective action as required. Interfaces with other departments as required.



Primary Responsibilities:

• Support and monitor all MDM Applications Services
• Support and monitor all RDM Application Services
• Support and monitor MDM Cognos Reporting Services
• Support and monitor MDM and RDM Application Servers and Database Servers
• Maintain MDM services necessary to support batch interfaces to and from MDM
  hub. 
• Maintain RDM services necessary to support batch interfaces to and from RDM
  hub. 
• Support MDM and RDM issues discovered after 60 day warranty 
• Production Infrastructure maintenance
• Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of
  business support, technical or production team
• Impact of work is most often at the team level

Required
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
  OR High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of equivalent experience
• Experience with Red Hat Linux or UNIX operating system
• Experience and understanding of MDM 11 solutions
• 3+ years of experience supporting Web Services using Java 
• 3+ years of experience in developing Complex SQL 
• 1+ years of experience with DB2 database

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience
  and understanding in InfoSphere MDM Server Extension Framework and InfoSphere
  MDM Server Transaction Suite
• Experience in WebSphere Application Server
• Experience
  in mapping of service and data from Source to Target
• Experience
  and understanding in XML Technologies
• Experience and understanding of Initiate engine
