Claims Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Bachelors Degree Required in: Finance, Economics, Business, Communications or a related field.

Claims Examiner: enters and processes claims related to tax-favored accounts such as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) and processes claims repayments from participants and providers. Analyzes data and generates reports

1. Accurately enter claims from mail and fax image files to the appropriate participant's record 25%

2. Process claims by applying the proper regulatory and company standards 20%

3. Process repayments so the credits are applied to the participant accounts 15%

4. Respond to claim questions from vendor partner or internal parties within required timeframes 15%

5. Document claim actions appropriately 10%

6. Collaborate with team members and management in identifying and implementing improvements to quality and efficiencies 10%

7. Other duties as assigned 5%
