Warehouse Worker - Picking, Packing and Inspection

We are seeking energetic, motivated, and reliable Warehouse Workers for immediate openings on multiple shifts. You will be responsible for providing warehouse support including picking, packing, assembly, sorting, shipping, and receiving of orders to meet the facility’s productivity and quality goals.

Summary Operates machine withthe proper components and keeps the machine running by performing the followingduties.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities includethe following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Understand and be able to assist in performing preventive maintenance assignments.
• Be able to perform machine set up.
• Understand and be able to operate individual process stations on all equipment
• Operate machinery in a safe manner.
• Capable of clearing all faults and restarting machine.
• Inform Supervisor of any and all quality issues
• Accurate completion of paperwork and data entry
• Maintain 5S standards.

Competencies To perform the jobsuccessfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to define problems, collect data and communicate

Job Requirements

As a Warehouse Worker, you must be able to work in a team-oriented environment. You must be able to communicate well with management and fellow employees. Ideal candidates have a very positive attitude and previous warehouse experience.

Other requirements of the General Labor role include:

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• 6 months – 1 year of experience
• Must pass Background Check
