The Employee Center is central to the experience of working at Keystone. It is where employees go to pick up pass, get uniforms, use the internet, hang out, purchase items from the employee store, and more. It is a busy, energetic, place where every day will be different. Employee Center Attendants are responsible for the daily operation of the Employee Center, a function of Human Resources.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Issue passes for employees, dependents, and volunteers through RPOS.
  • Handle cash and other payments.
  • Distribute ski coupons.
  • Understand and apply poilicies to prevent fraud.
  • Potential opening and closing duties.
  • Distributes, collects, and inspects uniforms for all mountain employees. Assigns and collects fees for cleaning, repair and replacement. Maintains inventory stock between EC and storage units.
  • Monitor internet facility and help employees with this resource
  • Aids in planning, promoting, selling, and executing employee center activities including supper clubs and ski trips.
  • Provides experiences of a lifetime for the employees.


Job Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - required
  • Minimum one year of experience in a customer service position - required
  • Minimum one year of experience with a cash handling position - required
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • RPOS experience - preferred
  • Conversational or better in Spanish - preferred
