Assembly/Repair Technician
Receive and process work orders from manufacturing for new equipment. Perform all necessary work in order to assemble and test the equipment according to the process routing instructions. Document test results as required by the process routing.
Receive repair orders from the remanufacturing manager; perform all necessary work in order to determine th parts which will be needed to repair the item.
Complete a request for parts form and inform the inspector. After inspection, pull parts from inventory and indicate items on the request for parts and when ordering parts.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Good math skills; common sense in understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
