Warehouse

Distribution warehouse that fulfills online orders sent directly to customers as well as orders from their retail stores. They have a large staffing need around the holiday season and are looking for warehouse candidates to fulfill 2 main job functions.

Picker Role:
-Candidates will receive a stack of between 10-20 orders as well as a cart and a hand scanner at the start of each shift.
-They are then required to push the cart around the floor and pick orders off of each shelf, organize them on the cart, scan them to ensure the product is correct and move to the next order.
-The expected rate is 25 orders per hour (on average, order sizes to vary though)
-Candidates will pick materials that way as little as 1 pound and as many as 40.
-Candidates then deliver the orders to the shipper for packaging

Shipper position:
-Candidates are stading at an order packing station and are checking in finished order carts from the picker.
-they grab an order sheet and pack the entire order into a box
-Each item must be checked by hand to ensure that wrong items are NOT* packed into a box
-They place the sealed box onto a empty pallet.
-Once a pallet is completed they wrap the pallet in plastic wrap
-Once a pallet is completed they notify the forklift driver who comes to ship the order out
