About this job
A large manufacturing company in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a highly-skilled Customer Service Associate. Qualified candidates will handle a wide variety of tasks and must be capable of understanding technical product lines.
Additional Information:
- Supporting 4 product lines (internal and external customers)
- Experience with SAP, salesforce, sharepoint, ERP, dataflow all preferred (not all required)
- Ability to handle complex situations, ability to make connections between situations, methodical, and detail oriented
- Dealing with credits, re-bills, sales tax issues, sales orders, PO#s, items etc.
- Experience with finance is a plus
- Handling sales orders over the phone or via email, processing orders
- Processing spare parts orders
- RMA's from service group
- Prior customer service experience required
- Experience within a production/manufacturing environment required
- Knowledge of BOMs a plus
- This is a lower volume/more complex customer support position
