About this job

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of the company as the go-to person for our customers! In this important role, you'll be responsible for taking in-bound calls from our consumers who have questions or concerns about billing and/or programming or technical issues. Successful candidates will be able to determine the wants, interests, and needs of each customer to identify the best solution in the interest of providing an outstanding and personalized customer service experience.

Duties may include:

Communicating with other departments to resolve customer issues
Providing one-on-one feedback, coaching and mentoring on performance, training on policies and procedures, new or enhanced services and/or procedural changes
Reviewing work of and providing guidance
Reviews data and reports trends to management
May be responsible for performing the operational duties of the supervisory position
Works on special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

* Provide a positive, professional, empathetic and customer-focused manner

* Good communication skills

* Must be computer proficient with typing and computer programs.
