Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting Manager with daily operations and supervision of dining services associates
* Directly supervising and monitoring servers to ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction
* Ensuring that all prepared meals are of quality and appetizing in appearance
* Maintaining a pleasant and clean environment
* Assisting service staff during mealtime as needed - greeting and seating residents and guests

We seek the following principal qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED
* 2 years of dining services experience in a healthcare setting, including supervisory experience
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Organized, dependable and enjoys working with the senior population
* Flexibility with schedule and available to work weekends
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
