Call Center Customer Service Representative - Full-time

CoWorx Staffing is actively seeking full time temp- perm customer service candidates for a call center in Ashland, MA

As a customer service representative you will support the management processes through professional communications, both to and from customers, on behalf of the companies request.

Once training is complete the right candidate will be a subject matter expert, and in addition to customer communications you will handle a variety of activities including: emailing customers, responding to voicemails, customer escalations, call monitoring, data entry, and other additional program projects.

Job Requirements

The right person will have:
1-2 years of Customer Service Experience
Must be able to handle high call volume
Data Entry of at least 50 words per minute
Have reliable transportation
Be versatile and have a great ability to multi-task
