Duties will consist of supporting systems in a Microsoft Windows and VMWare environment; including administration and support. Responsibilities will also include resolution of escalated issues from Service Desk, collaborating with other Information Technology units, documentation of change management procedures, and ensuring technical infrastructure integrity and security.

Requirements

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Ideal candidate will have experience with the following:



- Microsoft Patch management

- Symantec Antivirus management

- Symantec Backup Exec

- FTP administration

- MS Servers (2003, 2008, 2012)

- Virtualization (VMware)

- Citrix

- Cisco UCS System

- HP ProLiant Servers/Blades

- Active Directory (2008 and above)

- Exchange (2010 and above)



Strong documentation skills along with working knowledge of MS Project. Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal skills with the ability to create and maintain strong relationships with members of cross departmental teams and team members. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. MCSE strongly preferred.
