Bi-lingual Customer Service/Call Center Agent (Stafford, TX) Compensation: Based on experience Houston based direct marketing company looking for Bi-lingual Customer Service/Call Center Agents with a minimum of 1 year call center/customer service experience. Hiring Immediately! PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Answering inbound calls and assisting customers who have specific inquires. Must be able to search tools, browsers, check emails, etc. Responsible for updating tracking database with changes and the status of each inquiry that comes into the call center. Good written and verbal communication skills a MUST. Must have sound judgmental powers; ability to manage difficult customer situations. Ability to meet the demands of the work environment Skills and Specifications: Ability to understand basic customer information. Must have basic computer knowledge. Ability to handle diverse people. Ability to work under demanding situations and meet multiple deadlines Ability to deal with difficult customer situations. Ability to analyze customer problem properly and provide logical solutions. Ability to make effective use of resources. Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, and typing skills. Education and Qualifications: High school diploma from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years call center/customer service experience Must be Bi-lingual (Spanish)
