We are a large gated, golf and tennis community with an onsite restaurant and in need of a Lead Line Cook and a Lead Bartender.
Lead Line Cook shall:
* Coordinate and supervise work of kitchen staff in absence of restaurant manager
* Open and close restaurant when needed
* Have hands-on knowledge and experience with all phases of preparation of foods, cooking and cooking stations, inventory control, set up and break down of buffets and catering events, and cleanliness of the kitchen and all equipment.
* Assist with inventory control
* Be able and flexible to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends
Lead Bartender shall:
* Coordinate and supervise work of front of house staff in absence of the manager
* Open and close restaurant when needed
* Greet customers and take drink and/or food orders promptly and
courteously
* Collect payment from customers
* Be responsible for selling and entering gift cards into POS
* Plan, organize, and control the operations of the bar
* Clean bar area, and bus tables if needed
* Assist with inventory control
* Be able and flexible to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends
Both positions require high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in related field required. Supervisory experience preferred. Must be conscientious and detail oriented, have excellent oral communication and positive interpersonal skills.
We are an EEO/Drug Free workplace. This is a full time, year round position. Good starting pay; health and dental insurance after probationary period; 401K after a year.
