Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner
* Overall management of the lobby area and graciously greeting community visitors
* Transporting residents to appointments and outings three days a week
* Addressing the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families
* Providing support to the sales/marketing and business office teams
We seek the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Two years of office and/or hospitality experience
* Computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office
* Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly
* Must meet all health requirements, including TB, and pass background checks
* Flexibility with schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends
