The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ - Park Services Attendant helps ensure our resort is pristine and our guests have an amazing experience while visiting.  The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ - Park Services Attendant can help make this exciting new area come to life for our guests, all while having an unforgettable experience of their own.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ - Park Services Attendant at Universal Orlando is responsible for:

• Maintaining park quality standards by thoroughly performing all cleaning duties; sweeping, litter picking, trash removal, restroom care, high dusting, mopping and pushing water by use of a squeegee.
• Promoting and providing exemplary guest service for both internal and external customers, answering questions and providing park information or assistance in a courteous manner and offering to take guest’s pictures.
• Monitoring inventory (cleaning supplies, paper products) for specific assigned work areas and re-supplying when needed.
• Understanding and demonstrating the proper use of safety practices & ensuring training standards are maintained for the department.
• Understanding and actively participating in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policy, procedures, training and Team Member involvement activities.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

To perform the role of a The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ - Park Services Attendant successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function of the job satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representatives of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

• Consistent attendance is a job requirement.
• High school degree or GED is required.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License to operate Universal Orlando vehicles is preferred.
• Six months to one year cleaning experience preferred but not required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.

The physical demands described below are representatives that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ - Park Services Attendant job. 

• While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to stand; talk or hear; use hands to, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms. 
• The individual is frequently required to walk; and occasionally required to climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. 
• The individual must regularly lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. 
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

• While performing this job, the noise level in the work environment is loud.
