Position Description:

This position will be required to
support all administrative/ clerical activities including, updating status
reports and activity trackers, developing PowerPoint
presentations, updating organizational charts and contact lists,
maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings, setting up
WebEx, making travel arrangements, and filing travel expenses.



This position will review daily priorities and take into consideration
what strategic and tactical initiatives are going to be important for that
week. This is not a typical Administrative Assistant and does encompass
less in-take of phone calls and more event management and facilitation
of the building activities.

    levels of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication
    skills
  • Ability to assess and troubleshoot basic computer and
    telecom operational problems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet
    business needs under tight timelines

Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have at least 2+ years of experience as
    an Administrative Assistant in a fast paced environment

    Microsoft Excel basic proficiency is required to
    updating spreadsheets
  • Microsoft PowerPoint experience (create
    presentations for various events or meetings) is required
  • Must have experience working within a fast paced
    environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications: 



  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred


Soft skills:



You must be self-driven to take initiative when needed and have excellent
communication skills both verbal and written as well as to be dependable
you will be greatly relied upon for support.
