The Client Care Coordinator position involves managing quality assurance with extensive one on one interaction with our clients and families. Responsibilities
- Conducting Service Inquiry Calls and Care Consults with prospective clients
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with all clients through Quality Assurance visits
- Monitor, mediate and log both client and CAREgiver activity and follow up on CAREgiver assignments and client service
- Conduct Client/CAREgiver introductions as scheduled
- Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREgiver records in electronic database
Qualifications
- Ability to collaborate with team members to provide high quality care for clients and families
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
