Client Care Coordinator

Home Instead Senior Care is the world’s trusted source for non-medical services and home care for seniors and is seeking a multi-talented, professional and caring individual. The Client Care Coordinator position involves managing quality assurance with extensive one on one interaction with our clients and families. This individual will also institute all aspects of our initial service set-up. The ideal candidate will possess superior communication and customer service skills and a winning attitude.  


Responsibilities
  • Conducting Service Inquiry Calls and Care Consults with prospective clients
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with all clients through Quality Assurance visits
  • Monitor, mediate and log both client and CAREgiver activity and follow up on CAREgiver assignments and client service
  • Conduct Client/CAREgiver introductions as scheduled
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREgiver records in electronic database

Qualifications
  • Ability to collaborate with team members to provide high quality care for clients and families
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
