Our CAREGivers Assist Our Clients With:
Providing companionship & conversation
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Errands & incidental transportation
Personal care assistance like bathing, grooming, incontinence care and redirection to our Alz./Dementia clients
Activities and social engagement
Transferring assistance for those client who may be limited in mobility (whether it be for stand by assistance, gait belt assistance or hands on assistance)
As a Home Instead CAREGiver YOU:Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Errands & incidental transportation
Personal care assistance like bathing, grooming, incontinence care and redirection to our Alz./Dementia clients
Activities and social engagement
Transferring assistance for those client who may be limited in mobility (whether it be for stand by assistance, gait belt assistance or hands on assistance)
Can earn one of the highest starting Home Care agency employee wage
Can have an opportunity to earn bonuses & incentives
Get 24-hour supervisory support from administrative staff
Can focus 100% of your time on ONE client
Will be paid for your Continuing education training (CEUs)
Requirements are outlined in the application however, a brief outline is listed below:
Submit to DSHS & National Criminal Background checks on a routine basis
Have a valid WA State Nurse Assistant Certification or Home Care Aide Certification
Be 21 years of age or older (we encourage mature workers to apply)
Provide a valid WA State Driver's License and Proof of Driver's Insurance
Provide a Driving Abstract with 3 violations or less
NO major driving violations within the last 3 years (ex: driv.w/ an invalid license)
No DUI’s/DWI’s on record
Must be willing to submit to pre-employment, random and routine drug tests

WAGE INFORMATION
- Entry level wage is between $11.00 and $13.00 depending on credential and work history.
- We offer Bonus , referral incentives, as well as annual raise opportunities.
