UPS Freight, a leader in the trucking industry, is currently seeking a Truckload Supervisor to manage and evaluate a fleet of drivers that are on-site at a customer location. A Truckload Supervisor will perform a variety of tasks involving equipment, load and personnel management, analysis, and reporting.
A Supervisor will be responsible to:
· Ensure timely service of outbound loads from dedicated customer
· Manage backhaul loads
· Manage fleet of 15-40 drivers and office personnel
· Assist with monthly financial analysis and reporting
· Customer rating and invoicing
· Manage equipment to effectively service the customer
· Handle all personnel issues
· Ensure profitability of the service center
