Key Responsibilities include:
* Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility and incontinence care
* Keeping proper care records
* Reporting changes in residents' conditions
* Providing dining services support
* Interacting with internal and external customers in a professional manner while ensuring resident safety and satisfaction is a priority
We seek the following qualifications:
* Successfull completion of training as required by state regulations
* Obtain Food Handler's Permit (as required by state regulations)
* One year of caregiving experience, preferably with dementia patients
* Ability to read, write, and speak English
* Ability to communicate effectively with resident, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
* Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly
* Flexibility with schedule, including availability to work every other weekend
* Must meet all health requirements (including TB) and pass background checks
