Document Control Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

CoWorx Staffing is now interviewing for upcoming opportunities available at our client located in the Danbury, CT area. This position is a long term contract and will require the following:

Job Duties:

• Will set up customer file in multiple databases based on client requirements and authorizations.
• Accurately input information into tracking system within a specified timeframe.
• Identify and communicate any gaps or errors found in client matrices to appropriate department.
• Required to meet weekly accuracy and productivity metrics and performance is measured by these results.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Flexibility - must understand and handle constantly changing customer accounts and workloads.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative
• Desire to work in a corporate environment
• Proven work ethic
